Juliane Reissig

Communications Manager

Juliane Reissig is a communications expert with over 15 years of experience in international cooperation, as well as the cultural and media sectors, ranging from renowned intergovernmental organizations and NGOs to social enterprises. Prior to joining IWMI she worked as a Public Information Officer at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) and as a Communications Specialist at the United Nation’s Resident Coordinator’s Office, both in Accra, Ghana. Reissig also worked with various art, culture, photography and media institutions in Ghana and Belgium. She is passionate about photography, gender equality and the environment and holds a Masters of Arts in Cultural, English Language and Literature Studies from the Julius-Maximilians University – Würzburg, Germany.
